Tickets and Affordability

The San Diego County Fair is committed to making the event accessible to all. On opening day, tickets are just $5 for those arriving before 5 p.m. Children 5 and under are always free, and on Fridays, children ages 6 to 12 also get in free.

Adult tickets range from $14 to $25, with weekends at the higher end of the price range. Online purchases offer a discount of $3 to $5 per ticket. Preferred parking next to the O’Brien entry gate is available for $60, or $55 in advance. Rideshare users can find a designated area marked with purple flags in the Blue Lot gate. For those using public transportation, Fair Tripper passes offer round-trip travel by bus, train, and shuttle for a single price.
